Jahara Sara Seitz is a licensed occupational therapist and registered yoga educator who is committed to helping others move through the world with a greater sense of joy and authenticity.

As a life-long movement artist and embodiment coach, Jahara is devoted to forever growing in her understanding of the body-mind-spirit connection and encouraging others (and herself) to unabashedly stand in one’s truth.

With a natural grace and intuitive approach, Jahara is a facilitator, therapist, mentor, and teacher who is spiritually oriented, capable of seamlessly unifying principles of optimal alignment with a philosophy that embodies a celebration of the heart.
