Our programs help you relieve pain and eliminate restrictions so that you can get back to participating in the roles, routines, and activities that bring you fulfillment!

In Person Offerings

OUR MOVEMENT FREEDOM PROGRAMS are designed to help you eliminate pain and move intelligently. Through myofascial release therapy and movement education we help you live better in your body!

Our in office programs include: hands on myofascial release therapy, movement assessment, postural evaluation, mindfulness training, home programs that address your specific needs and your unique body.

JUN 27, 2020: LIVE ZOOM CLASS – Yoga & Myofascial Release

This class will be in two parts; attend one or both (the zoom link will be the same for each). *The class will be one continuous flow, so — if you are planning to only attend one half, please be mindful of your transitioning in and out of the zoom conference call; make sure you stay muted — however, feel free to give a wave hello or goodbye! 

8:00-8:30 am Reverent Alignment Yoga: A gentle flow suitable for individuals who consider themselves advanced beginners and beyond. Students can rest assured that plenty of instruction will be provided and the pace will be slow enough to give space for students to modify postures as needed.

8:30-9:15 am Self Myofascial Release: A guided practice of self tissue mobilization and compression strategies using TuneUp fitness medicine balls. *PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING if you plan to attend this half of class:

1. A pair (in a tote) of 2.5 inch TuneUp fitness balls; purchase here!

Meet Jahara

Jahara Sara Seitz, OTR/L, E-RYT is a radiant and embodied being, committed to helping others move through the world with a greater sense of joy, fullness, and authenticity.

As an occupational therapist, movement artist, and yoga educator Jahara is devoted to forever growing in her understanding of the body and exploring deeper dimensions of what it means to live a meaningful life and to profoundly and unabashedly stand in one’s radiant truth.

With a natural grace and intuitive approach, Jahara is a facilitator, therapist, mentor, and teacher who is spiritually oriented, capable of seamlessly unifying principles of alignment with a philosophy that embodies a celebration of the heart.
